Criminal facts

On February 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor at the Suwon District Court due to the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the third prison of the Chungcheongnam-gu, Daejeon District Court on June 28, 2013.

1. On January 8, 2014, at around 13:20, the Defendant: (a) expressed, without any justifiable reason, customers in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) took a bath in a large voice; and (c) prevented the police officer called up, thereby interfering with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about one hour, such as cutting the water gate on the table, throwing the water contained in the tables onto the floor.

2. At around 21:40 on February 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested a police officer dispatched after receiving the instant report of assault around the same day to return the certificate after issuing a driver’s license for the driver’s license to identify himself; (b) but the police officer in the district returned the certificate at the reported site; (c) the police officer in the district returned the certificate to him/her; (d) the defect of returning the certificate to the front door of the said district; and (e) the defect of returning to the front door of the said district, which was put on the front door of the said district; and (e) the reduction lid, which was attached to the entrance of the said district.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged public goods equivalent to the market price of 429,000 won.

On March 24, 2014, the Defendant interfered with business: “J restaurant operated by the Victim I in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on the ground that the ordered food does not have much massage,” “I do not need to be held in the city of Incheon,” and “I will not be held in the future. I will see that I will have been in the city of Incheon,” and “I will see that I will have been in the city of Incheon. I will see that I will be in the future. I will have no food in the future.
