Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On November 1, 2008, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00, at the H office operated by the Victim F (F) and the Victim G (V9) in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the ground that the Defendant did not repay 300 million won of the money lent to the Victim G, the Defendant found 4-5 persons, such as sex I and J, with 4-5 persons, including sex I and J, and the victim F, “whether he will operate his business in the manner of mind”, and at the following entrance of the knife attached to the knife, “I will not perform funeral, open door door,” and obstructed the victim’s friendship and business by force by avoiding the disturbance between approximately 20 minutes.

B. On November 2008, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s letter and business by force for a period of about one hour, namely, whether the Defendant would engage in funeral in the instant H office, and obstructed the victim’s letter and business by force for a period of about one hour, which prevents the Defendant from putting his clothes in gambling.

C. On January 20, 2010, the Defendant found two persons in distressed in the above H office with two persons in name, and obstructed the victim F by avoiding disturbance between about 20 minutes, such as “whether he/she performs funeral in the manner of mind”, and walking the string with walking the string and using the string with his/her hand, thereby interfering with the victim’s letter and business by force.

On February 25, 2010, the Defendant, at the above H office around 23:00 on February 25, 2010, prevented the victim F from putting approximately 200 clothes stuffs into vinyl bars and using them, thereby obstructing the victim’s letter and business by force.

2. Intimidation;

A. On November 2008, the Defendant, on the ground that the Victim G was not repaid 300 million won in borrowed money, threatened the victim with 4-5 victims, including I and J, on the 2nd floor of the above H, and threatened the victim with “I and J, etc. without having paid 300 million won in paid 300 million won.”
