1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), Samdong Co., Ltd., and Defendant Cheong Min Construction Co., Ltd., respectively, shall be against each Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

1. Basic facts

A. Article 9 (New Terms and Conditions) If one of the parties neglects to perform the obligations under this Agreement, the other party shall be given a grace period for one week.
