1. The sales contract that the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded on November 2, 2012 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet is concluded.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. 1) On November 2, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) to the Defendant on November 2, 2012.

(2) The sales contract of this case is for sale of KRW 1,070,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

(2) The terms and conditions of sale shall be stipulated in Article 6 (Special Provisions) ① 30,000,000 won (in the case of 1,070,000), and 70,000 won (in the case of 1,30,000,000) and 70,000,000 won (in the case of 30,000,0000,000,000,000) and 30,000,000,000 won (in the case of 1,30,000,0000,000,000,000,000 won (hereinafter referred to as 1,000,000,000) and 3,00,000,000 won (in the case of 1,000,000,0000 won) and 3,00,000,000 won (3,00,0,0000 won).
