Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Special Injury and Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) (hereinafter “A”), around 00:0, the Defendant visited the main points of the building in Yong-Namnam-gun, the building in the second floor, and the “C” located in the second floor to drink with D, E, and F, an infinite nationality, and while drinking and dancing with G, the Defendant was under dispute with the point that the victim H (H, 30 years old) who was a customer at his/her place of drinking and carried out a physical fighting and had the victim H (H, 30 years old), and “G” and “F” price the body of the victim as drinking and launching, and the “E” cut the victim’s body with the free head, which is a dangerous object, and the Defendant laid off the victim’s remaining head, the head, who was at risk in the table, and took the victim’s body as a necessary treatment during the week two weeks.

On March 29, 2018, the Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act, entered the Republic of Korea as a foreigner of Thailand nationality, as a visa exemption (B1), and stayed in Korea on June 27, 2018, which is the expiration date of the period of stay, despite the lapse of June 27, 2018, and stayed in Korea from June 28, 2018 to April 23, 2019.
