A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

Punishment of the crime

From July 2010 to April 2005, in order to jointly produce and publicize consignments with the trademark "G" from the victim F Association to June 2005, the Defendants conspired to make the aforementioned "G" widely known in the Republic of Korea, such as selling approximately KRW 20 billion annual sales in Busan and Gyeongnam, etc., and the trademark "G" was widely known in the Republic of Korea, and the goods of the above "G" were manufactured using the trademark identical or similar to the "G" widely known in the Republic of Korea, and sold and distributed consignments using the said trademark so as not to cause confusion with the above "G" by causing confusions with the above "G", and the victim's average sale of the trademark similar to the above "G", which is widely known in the Republic of Korea, should not cause confusion with the "G," and the victim's average sale of the goods at the same time, which is likely to cause confusion with the "G," and the trademark is likely to cause confusion with the above "G," and the above "G," to be added to the "M."
