Of the crimes No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant and the crimes No. 3 in the judgment of the defendant, the crimes No. 1, 2, and 3 in the annexed Table No. 2 are committed.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for an indecent act committed by the Daegu District Court on June 12, 2015, and two years of suspended execution, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 20th of the same month and is still under suspended execution.

[Criminal facts]

1. On March 3, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) committed an indecent act against a victim by forcing him/her to commit a crime by putting him/her in bucks, following the victim D (Influent, 14 years of age), who was a juvenile who was frightd in the later stairs of the Daegu Suwon-gu building C, Daegu-gu C, and 14 years of age, and then was pushed the victim with the wall, leaving him/her in the wall, and putting him/her in the bucks.

In addition, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victims of children and juveniles more than four times in total, as shown in attached Table 1, from March 30, 2015 to March 30, 2015.

2. On September 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse: (a) committed an indecent act by taking the victim F (F) who is a child or juvenile, on board an elevator in the Daegu Suwon-gu E apartment building 10, 3, and 5Ra around 21:00; and (b) attempted to force the victim by taking the victim’s body only by hand, while the Defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by taking the victim’s bodily injury against the victim.

3. On July 9, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force, on the part of the victim H (the age of 21) on an elevator apartment G apartment 10-dong 10-dong 6-dong 10, in accordance with the victim H (the age of 21).

By September 13, 2015, the Defendant, as well as this, committed an indecent act by force on the victims at least eight occasions in total, such as the second period of the list of crimes in attached Form 2.

4. The Defendant’s obscene act of public performance is a publicly obscene act, such as going against the victim’s self-defensing and self-defensing the sexual organ out of the victim’s self-defensing around 12, 2015, around 23:00, and going against the victim’s self-defensive act.
