Facts constituting the grounds for medical treatment, care and custody / [criminal facts / [2015 / 436]

1. On March 27, 2015, the Defendant forced indecent act on the part of the Defendant was aboard the elevator on the first floor, 5,6 D, Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H apartment building No. 5, 6, 18, on the part of the victim I (n, 18 years old), and on the part of the elevator, the Defendant was on board the elevator according to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.
