A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Intrusion upon residence and attempted larceny;
A. On October 27, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant invadedd the victim D’s house in Changwon-si Madungpo-si C through the kitchen, which was not corrected by his idea of theft, and then went into the kitchen, but did not have money and valuables to be stolen.
B. On November 16, 2016, at around 15:30 on November 16, 2016, the Defendant invadedd the victim F’s house located in Changwon-si Mapo-si E through a small-scale window that was not corrected by means of thefting the property, and subsequently did not receive money and valuables to steal.
2. Intrusion upon residence and theft;
A. On November 10, 2016, at around 13:56, the Defendant intruded into the victim H’s house located in Changwon-si Madang City, Changwon-si G, and then stolen money and valuables worth KRW 1.240,000,000, in total, including two swine woods and one half of the implied half of the market value of KRW 730,000,000 in the face, and one half of the implied half of the market value of KRW 10,000,000 in the face.
B. On November 16, 2016, around 15:10 on November 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a window that was not corrected at the home of the victimJ located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) entered a small room; and (c) cut down KRW 10,000 in cash on the high heat.
3. Larceny;
A. On November 22, 2016, around 00:40, the Defendant discovered that there was a radius of 140,000 won for male use, which is the market price of the victim’sO owned by the Defendant, accompanied by the Defendant to enter a friendly N on the floor of the Lletotos K located in Busan, Busan, Busan, on November 22, 2016.
