Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) from the packing horse of “D” package run by the Defendant in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) the victim E need to pay money.

2. On March 28, 2014, the Defendant loaned KRW 3 million to the above victim at the office of the Defendant (F apartment house 408 Dong 1108, Dong 1108, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and around 2014, the Defendant would pay KRW 500,000 per month for six months.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the victim transfer the amount of KRW 3 million to the fine payment account of the Defendant’s children on the same day, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. On March 31, 2014, the Defendant borrowed “2 million won or more from the Defendant’s house” to the above Defendant’s house on the ground that the Defendant borrowed the above Defendant’s house.

The total of KRW 6 million will be repaid by March 31, 2015.
