Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 9, 2014, from around 01:00 to around 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he would pay the drinking value, etc. in a normal manner without any intention or ability to pay the drinking value, etc. because there is no money in the water; and (b) ordered the victim to pay the drinking value, etc.; and (c) acquired the victim with an order of alcohol, alcohol, etc. at least 100,000 won in total from the victim.

A. B. C. Around September 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on September 7, 2014, committed the crime, obtained the victim’s 150,000 beer by deceiving the victim as if he would normally pay the alcohol value, etc. in the same way as the above paragraph (a).
Around September 27, 2014, the Defendant, around 00:05 on September 27, 2014, belonged to the victim’s O located in Sinsan-si N, Changwon-si around 00:05 on September 27, 2014, as if the Defendant were to pay the normal drinking value, etc. in the same way as the above paragraph (a).
