A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Changwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s branch branch on September 21, 201, and was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on March 20, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 1, 2013, and the execution of each of the said sentence was terminated on November 6, 2013.
