A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) 100,000 won was fested to E in the first place on April 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (b) 100,000 won was fested to E’s vehicle parked in the department store D located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; (c) 2.1g of Meteptop clop (one philop; hereinafter “philopon”); and (d) 0.1g of Metepop (one philopopopopon; hereinafter “Wlopopopon”); (c) 0.05g of the roopopon received from the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, by moving to the Guropher located in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and injected it into the Defendant’s arms after dilutioning it with water.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he traded a philophone, which is a local mental medicine, and administered it.

2. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 20:20 on April 13, 2015; (b) 20:20 on the part of the Defendant: (c) divers in the vehicle for the use of a disposable injection device, which contains approximately 0.05g philopon from E, in the vehicle for the use of a disposable injection device located in the front of the International department store located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu; (d) divers were divers free of charge; and (e) divers were diversd into the Defendant’s arms after dilution with water

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he received and administered a penphone, which is a local mental medicine.

2016 Highest 421

1. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philopon in the primary room near K located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and melting water into the Defendant’s arms, and injection of philopon into the Defendant’s arms.

2. On March 18, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones at “G” guest room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul, and 2015, melting water into the Defendant’s arms, and injection of philophones into the Defendant’s arms.
