Defendants are not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is the person who engages in automobile dismantling and recycling business under the trade name of Co., Ltd. E, and Defendant B is the director of the said company.

At around 14:00 on January 17, 2012, the Defendants were willing to sell to the exporters of used used used parts of used cars, which are wastes that cannot be used for automobiles listed in 229 KNHAC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “instant parts”) and 400 of “HD” and 18 “lostr block block” (hereinafter referred to as “the instant parts”) as used used parts.

B, around 16:00 on February 16, 2012, at the “G” parking lot located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, after hearing from H the horses that “it is possible to use the engine as a new part of the test vehicle,” and making a verbal contract with H to sell the instant part to KRW 35,000,000, with the fact that “it is impossible to use the engine as a used part of a used part,” and then, received KRW 5,00,000 as the down payment at around 10:30 on February 17, 2012 from Defendant B as the passbook in the name of the JJ.

As such, the Defendants conspired in collusion to receive property by deceiving I.

2. The Defendants and the defense counsel’s assertion is an expert who trades used parts of a motor vehicle and confirmed the parts of the motor vehicle and purchased them in consideration of their value, and the Defendants did not deceiving I.

3. Liquidation of facts

A. Defendant A, from March 201 to March 201, operates a business entity with the trade name of E, purchased parts, scrap metal, etc. for a motor vehicle and then sold, exported, or sold again to a high-end withdrawal company, etc., after disassemblying the parts, scrap metal, etc. for a motor vehicle. Defendant B is a partner who helps Defendant A to perform the said duties.

B. The part of the instant case is a scrap metal business entity located in 246-4, Seo-gu, Busan.
