1. The basic facts are as follows: (a) from around 1985, Defendant A operated a M factory producing gold and plastic new materials necessary for the production of the said parts; (b) from around 2014, Defendant A worked as the vice president of the said FF from around 1984, in the name of “F (the trade name before the change: G); (c) from around 2014, Defendant A operated an I factory producing automobile parts, such as schooling pans and cases, which are necessary for the production of the air control system for automobiles (hereinafter “mutual support system”); and (d) from around 2014, Defendant B worked as the vice president of the said F.

From around 1985 to about 30 years, F has exclusively supplied parts, such as automobile engines and fashion school panty, hackter and air control cases, produced in the above I plant, to the victim C Co., Ltd. (N Co., Ltd. before the change: hereinafter referred to as “victim”).

On the other hand, the victim company completed the cooperation system with the parts supplied by other collaborative companies, including the above school panty and cases, which the F exclusively supplied by the F, and supplied them to the P Co., Ltd. and P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “O”) and the P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”).

Q takes a production system that holds only one to two parts by simultaneously assembling parts for the purpose of reducing inventory drastically. If a third subcontractor, such as F, which supplies non-alternative parts, fails to supply parts due to the outside circumstances of their companies, or labor-management division, i.e., labor-management division, suspension of business, etc., it is inevitable to suspend the complete delivery of parts within two to three days, and if the complete manufacturer ceases to manufacture parts, there was no other 10,000 parts of theO, which would have been ever suspended.
