A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was working for the Victim D Co., Ltd. in Ulsan Northern-gu C, with no employees, who entered a factory of the victimized company on any holiday or at night, and committed an attempt to steal the property owned by the victimized company.

1. At around 14:30 on September 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim company with a rocketing car owned by the Defendant to board a factory, and (b) cut off the total amount of KRW 594,000,000, which is equivalent to the market price of 99,000, 594,000, which is owned by the victim company, into the said rocketing car.

In addition, from around that time to around 07:00 on April 5, 2013, the Defendant invadedd the factory of the victimized company over a total of 13 occasions, such as the list of offenses, and cut off the total of 30,006,90 won and the total of 282 bit and 18 bitex (compact).

2. Night building thief;

A. At around 19:00 on September 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the Defendant’s company with the rocketing car from the Defendant’s possession to the inside of the factory; (b) cut off the total amount of KRW 792,00,000, which is KRW 792,000, which is owned by the victimized company, for the modern car export type (open, etc.).

B. At around 19:00 on October 10, 2012, the Defendant entered the damaged company with the Defendant’s possession to take a rocketing car out of the factory, and then stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 990,000, totaling 10,000 for the Hyundai Motor Vehicles Industry Export Type (open, etc.) owned by the victimized company.
