A Imprisonment of two years, Defendant B's imprisonment of one year, Defendant C's imprisonment of four months, and Defendant D's imprisonment of six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants A and B conspired to take advantage of old wires, etc. upon entering a factory or open-air storage place where management was permissible at night, and sell them on the water and distribute profits therefrom.
On November 20, 2014, the Defendants entered the factory inside the industrial complex S&S C, Co., Ltd. located in the Jeju-si S&S C, an industrial complex located in the Jeju-si S&S-si. The Defendants cut off, in advance, approximately 500 km electric wires owned by the victims G in the above factory, to facilitate the transport of approximately 2,350 km at the market price of the victim G, which is kept in the above factory, and delivered them to the Defendant B. The Defendant B sent the cut electric wires from the Defendant, and then transferred the cut electric wires to the lower seat of the HK5 car and I low-priced car, which the Defendants driven by the Defendants, and loaded them to the lower seat of the Defendant’s low-priced car, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1) until May 10, 2015, and then cut off approximately 3,100 g,100 g,50 g,70 g,70
Accordingly, the defendants stolen the property owned by the victims at least eight times together.
2. Defendant A
A. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) went beyond 724, 23:00, and went into the factory inside the factory; (b) cut off 30 km electric wires from the market price of 141,00,000, which is owned by the victim J; (c) then, (d) moved the Defendant into the back seat of the HK5 car operated by the Defendant to the back seat of the HK5 car and loaded the 3,619,000,00 won in total at seven times, including the list of crimes (2) Nos. 1,2,8,10,10,11,12, and 14.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victims by impairing the victim's structure at night at night.
B. The Defendant of larceny was on October 22, 2014.
