Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2017, at around 05:45, the Defendant driven a B-ul vehicle with alcohol concentration of about 0.188% while under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 10km in front of the police station of the plane captain in the Dong-gu Busan-gun, Busan-gun, the C-do, Busan-gun, the Police Station.
