1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 8,795,825 with respect to the Plaintiff, and 5% per annum from July 8, 2014 to January 7, 2016.

According to the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, Defendant B’s face was taken from the D branch office of the Cargo Joint D branch on July 8, 2014, and the Plaintiff’s face was assessed due to Defendant C’s appearance. As a result, it can be acknowledged that the Plaintiff suffered from the Plaintiff’s injury to the mouth of the lower left-hand hump, the humf of the third humf of the lower left-hand humf, the humf of the third humf of the lower left-hand humf, the humf of the third humf of the lower-hand humf, and the Defendants who jointly committed a tort are liable to compensate the Plaintiff for damages

In regard to this, the Defendants asserted that they did not compensate for damages in accordance with Article 761(1) of the Civil Act, since the Plaintiff inflicted the above injury in order to set up against the Defendant B’s price. However, the above evidence and the statement of No. 1 alone are insufficient to recognize that the Defendants price the Plaintiff as above in order to defend their own interests or a third party’s interests, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge otherwise, the Defendants’ above assertion cannot be accepted.

The Plaintiff asserts that the scope of passive damage compensation is to be calculated on the basis of the Plaintiff’s gender, age, male and female life, 45 years and nine months at the time of injury, the average daily wage of 30.29 years for the first half of 2014 (the Plaintiff’s average daily income of 13,823,466 won, excluding the Plaintiff’s average monthly income of 13,823,466 won, and there is insufficient evidence to acknowledge it, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it otherwise) during the period of hospitalization from July 11, 2014 to July 28, 2014 x 84,166 won x 18 days x 2,288, 207, 105, excluding the amount of 13,827,150, 165, 167, 205, 165, 27, 165, 27, 165, 15 (3, 25, 15).
