Punishment of the crime
Defendant
On June 11, 2009, A was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and three months for fraud at the Suwon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Suwon Detention Center on May 13, 2010. On April 2, 2014, Defendant I was sentenced to one year of imprisonment at the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 24, 2014.

In the event that Defendant A’s public invitation or single criminal conduct did not have a certain occupation and the living cost was insufficient, Defendant A and other actors, including Defendant B, and Defendant C, who are relatives living together, intentionally committed a car accident, with intent to solicit the insurance company to acquire insurance proceeds or to acquire insurance proceeds by means of the same way as the traffic accident occurred by intentionally receiving the insurance proceeds as if the vehicle accident occurred.
