Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants conspired with D and E to receive insurance money from the victim Dong Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. with intent to cause a traffic accident and to obtain it by fraud.

B On April 18, 2012, around 22:50, at the street near the G Elementary School located in Heak-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, caused a traffic accident in which the above E drives intentionally shocks a driver behind the vehicle with Defendant A and D, while driving the said vehicle at the front end of the vehicle. At around 22:58 on the same day, B received the said accident insurance from the victim company.

A, along with D and E on April 19, 2012, at the K Hospital located in the jurisdiction of the Cheongju-si, a considerable area of the Cheongju-si, received hospitalized treatment as if the said accident took place, and requested repair of the said I AJ XD car to the M located in the Cheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and filed a claim for insurance money with the victim for the purpose of agreement, treatment expenses, vehicle repair expenses, etc.
However, the above traffic accident was an intentional accident of the insurance money, and the defendant A, D, and E did not have a big impact on the degree of hospitalization.
Ultimately, the Defendants conspired with D and E in collusion, thereby deceiving the victim company, and were paid KRW 3,581,240 as insurance proceeds from April 23, 2012 to April 27, 2012.
2. The Defendants conspired to receive insurance money from the victim LIG Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. by intentionally causing a traffic accident with D and N with intent to obtain such money.

B around 22:00 on June 28, 2012, in the street of the P University Art University located in Cheongju-si, Qutop car, caused a traffic accident in which Defendant A intentionally shocked a criminal behind Qtop car with D and N, and received the said accident insurance from the victim on the same day at around 22:44 on the same day.

A, together with D and N, is a part of the accident that ends at the T Hospital located in the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Cheongju-si.
