Text

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) taken off the front part of the victim’s bridge using the cell phone function of the cell phone at the non-commercial coffee shop located in Seoul (Seoul) and posted the above photographs on the bulletin board of the “F”, by accessing the Internet site in the French area (hereinafter “Seoul”) around July 9, 2015.
