Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment due to a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the support of Sung-nam branch of Suwon Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 25, 2015.

On October 28, 2014, the Defendant joined the company's branch office B, 205 Dong 604, and entered the Defendant's resident registration number, which was the resident registration number of C, without entering the Defendant's resident registration number, into the company's unit, at the company's office, and used it unlawfully by entering another person's resident registration number.
