Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on January 28, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 28, 2014.

1. Violation of the Resident Registration Act;

A. On March 22, 2011, the Defendant subscribed to a game as a member of Korea-style game (ID: C) that is an Internet game site at a mutual PC room located in the Busan Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Busan.

The defendant joined the above online game membership without entering the necessary defendant's resident registration number, and entered the victim D's resident registration number E.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

B. On March 22, 2011, the Defendant subscribed to a game as a member (ID) at the same place as above at the same time as above in the foregoing paragraph (a) and used the victim D’s resident registration number unlawfully by entering the victim D’s resident registration number as above.

C. On August 23, 2011, around 06:17, the Defendant subscribed to the above-mentioned game as a member (ID: G) from the cross-deficial PC located in the Busan Seo-dong, the Defendant entered the victim D’s resident registration number and used the victim D’s resident registration number unlawfully.

2. The Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the fare, even if he/she used the PC game from the beginning.

On March 11, 2013, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 165,80,00 in total due to the Defendant’s failure to pay KRW 35,800 and KRW 130,000 in the PC use fee, after purchasing cultural products from “JPC” located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, which was operated by the Victim H (Nam and 52 years of age).
