Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant had access to his own face-to-North Korea account and had an unspecified number of unspecified victims who are listed in the recommended-to-face list, and had the victim misrepresented his will, and had the victim take the money by communicating with the Messenger.
1. On September 15, 2019, the Defendant committed the instant crime No. 2020 prohibition905, Sept. 15, 2019, called “D” by misrepresenting the victim’s “D” from the PC room on the trade name in the Jung-gu, Daejeon to the Defendant of the instant crime from the PC room in the Jung-gu, Daejeon to the Defendant, and sending it back to 30 minutes if it lends KRW 220,000.
The Defendant made a false statement to the effect that it was “A”. However, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay the money even if he was transferred the money from the victim. On August 14, 2019 to September 16, 2019, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above, and received 220,000 won from the F Bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant, which was designated by the Defendant, from August 14, 2019 to September 16, 2019, and received 2,69,000 won in total from nine victims to KRW 13 times in total, as indicated in the List of Crimes (20,000,000). On February 20, 202Da1031, 2031, the Defendant misrepresented the victim to the effect that “A two hundred eight (05,000,000 won,00 won, 200,000 won, 205,0000.”
However, in fact, the defendant was not I, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to pay it.
At around 19:15 on the same day, the Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 50,000 won from the victim to the K Bank account (L) in the name of J, and acquired 4,875,000 won from 16 times in total from around that time to September 23, 2019, including the list of crimes in attached Form (2020dan1031).
