1. On September 17, 2019, the head of the Ehigh School affiliated with the defendant confirms that the document and the measure against the plaintiff are invalid.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a student in the third year of E High School operated by the defendant (hereinafter "Defendant school"), while F is a student in G high school, and the former male-child district of the plaintiff.

B. Around June 2019 and August 25, 2019, H sent the Plaintiff a message to the effect that “F her f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f

C. On August 25, 2019, the Plaintiff sent a message to the J (K High School) at the time of the Plaintiff’s male-gu (Seoul High School) and sent the message that F had the Plaintiff’s knowledge to H.

J on August 25, 2019, F, together with L, shall meet F.

F was assaulted by demanding a apology on the ground of the facts of the resistance, and thereby, F sustained injury, such as the mouth of the pulse that requires medical treatment for about 35 days.

E. On August 26, 2019, at around 16:15, I sent the Plaintiff a message to the effect that I contacted the Plaintiff with the instant CP and criticizes the Plaintiff. While responding to the Plaintiff, I sent a message for about one hour and 30 minutes.

The main contents of the message sent by the Plaintiff to I are as follows:

“니남친(F)은 입을 도대체 다물질 못하니”, “F이도 본인이 잘못한거 아니까 무릎꿇고 사과하지 않았을까 ”, “너 F이 H한테 너나 나나 성희롱 해댄거 알아 ”, “가슴갖고 뭐라 뭐라 하던데”, “F이가 H한테 너랑 내 가슴 얘길 했다고”

F. On September 10, 2019, K High Schools, G High Schools, and Defendant Schools (hereinafter “Autonomous Committee”) held meetings for the deliberation of school violence cases against F, J, L, and Plaintiff.

The autonomous committee is at the site of assault against F by the plaintiff.
