Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 4276] On October 18, 2012, the Defendant purchased 1 punch presses (name of the product: SPU-L300, market price of KRW 80 million) in the name of the victim after concluding a lease contract with the employee in charge of the employee in charge of the victim's filial capital capital, and taking out 251,746,721 won in total, from around October 18, 2012, the Defendant purchased 1 punch presses (name of the product: ST-125, market price of KRW 190 million).

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
[2015 Highest 4622] On July 16, 2014, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant on the presses (PCS-250D) of the presses (PCS-250D), the victim’s ownership, and four strings (99,200, 200, 203, 205, 2005, 6.350,00 won each month of lease, 48 months of lease period, 400, 2005), and the said machinery was delivered around that time.
While the Defendant kept the said machinery for the victim, around June 2015, the Defendant arbitrarily transferred the remainder of the machinery equivalent to KRW 310 million at the market price of Section I in Gwangju Mine-gu with the exception of Section B in 2000, to J and K.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
[2015 Highest 4707] The Defendant around August 28, 2013 at the “F office” in the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu, the victim-owned crowdfunding (name of products: RG50, market price: 30 million won), one shower (name of products:M2545, market price: 30 million won) between the victim non-NF capital and the Defendant, and one NCT equipment (name of products: ST-1250, market price).
