A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communication network respectively.

The Defendant, on January 2016, from around April 27, 2016 to around April 2016, 2016, visited Add (ID) “I” to “H, at a place where the location cannot be known, at the Internet file sharing site, using a computer, and made it possible for an unspecified number of people to download the obscene file of the said merchant “K” in which the form of exposing sexual organ and having sexual intercourse with H (ID) was exposed to 31 years old.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.
