A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly exhibit any sound, image, or motion picture via an information and communications network by the end of 2016;

On June 20, 2013, the Defendant, at the place indicated in the paragraph (a) around June 20, 2013, connected to H, a file sharing site, with AD, and opened a obscenity image in which both men and women have sexual intercourse with her body in a state of being exposed to the sex of “the deceased and neighbors,” and in the same manner, both men and women in the state of being exposed to the sex of “the son and the son’s x Chinese x the son’s x the son’s son’s x the son’s” in the same manner around August 2, 2014.
