If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on the roads in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Seoul, and reported 112 on assault damage on the roads in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) Police Officers D belonging to the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station C District District; and (c) Police Officers E intended to arrest F as the Defendant of assault; and (d) whether the police officers “pickers arrest fors within the territory of the Republic of Korea” to

“I” refers to “I” and the above police officers assaulted the above police officers, such as “Idora” and “Idora,” even if they were given several warnings that they could be punished by interference with the performance of official duties,” and “Idora,” and “Ibdora,” and “Ibdona,” and “Ibdona,” upon receiving several warnings.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported affairs.

Although the reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act shows the attitude of recognizing and opposing the Defendant’s mistake, it is difficult to view that a fine for a summary order is excessive in light of the motive and circumstance of the instant crime, circumstances after the instant crime, age, sexual behavior, economic circumstances, etc.
