A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:50, the Defendant: (b) considered the victim C was under the influence of alcohol and was in the vicinity of the subway-ro Digital Group located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, 477; and (c) entered the victim’s access to the mobile phone 1,00,000 won, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 30,00,000,000; (d) one, two, one, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 85,00,00,000, and one, the market price of KRW 30,00,00,000, with one, one, two, credit cards and one, and one, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 15,000,000, and entered the victim’s total number of objects from April 21, 2013 to 30,714.

2. The Defendant, at around 04:35 August 10, 2015, purchased one cigarette equivalent to a total of 45,000 won at the victim E convenience store located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and acquired the e-mail card by using the e-mail card which was stolen by using the e-mail card as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder, and paying the e-mail card as indicated in attached Table 1 43, such as the e-mail list 2, from November 21, 2014 to August 10, 2015, the Defendant used the e-mail card which was stolen over a total of 17 times from around 21, 2014 to be provided with the 605,570 won.
