A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation C of the Game Industry Promotion Act (as of September 30, 2016, this case’s imprisonment with prison labor at the Gangnam District Court Branch Branch Office of the Chuncheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on August 30, 2016) is the actual business owner of the game funeral of the name “E Game Chapter” located in Gangnam-si D. The defendant lent the name of the above game funeral and controlled as an employee, thereby consenting to receiving KRW 100,000 won each day on condition that he/she attends an investigative agency as a business owner instead of C.

No one shall exchange or arrange for exchange any tangible or intangible outcome obtained through the use of game water.

From December 20, 2013 to April 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with C, set up 40 game flags, such as “Sa Hun-Hun-Ba,” and “marine credit,” at the above game site, and exchanged 4,500 won by deducting 500 won per commission from an unspecified number of customers who find the above game site.

As a result, the defendant conspired with C to exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water for business purposes.

2. On December 20, 2013, at the place specified in paragraph (1) around December 20, 2013, the Defendant also lent the name of the above game room to C as above, and on July 14, 2015, at the F office of the Gangwon Military Police Station, the Defendant stated that C was an operator of the above game room, but C was the head of the police station affiliated with the above police station investigating the instant case, that he was the operator of the above game room.

As a result, the Defendant got C to escape from committing a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
