1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 56,050,00 and its KRW 6,00,000 among them, Defendant B shall have the effect on January 17, 2017.

Plaintiff’s assertion

Summary

A. On November 16, 2015, the Plaintiff lent KRW 6,000,000 to Defendant B as of December 31, 2016, and Defendant C guaranteed the Plaintiff’s above loan obligation on the same day.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly obligated to pay to the plaintiff 6,000,000 won and damages for delay.

B. On July 26, 2015, Defendant B entered the said 13-day fraternity (hereinafter “instant 13-day fraternity”) in which the Plaintiff had been located and managed the 7-day account (hereinafter “instant 26-day fraternity”), and on September 13, 2015, Defendant B entered the said 13-day fraternity in which the Plaintiff managed three accounts (hereinafter “instant 13-day fraternity”).

On October 26, 2015, Defendant B received the time limit amount of KRW 32,250,000 from his own sequence, and Defendant B decided to pay the Plaintiff KRW 42,900,000 (=1,300,000 x 33 months) by the sum of KRW 1,30,000 per month from November 26, 2015 to July 26, 2018.

On November 17, 2015, Defendant B received KRW 36,60,000 of the time limit money from his own set at his own sequence, and the Plaintiff decided to pay KRW 37,500,000 ( KRW 1,250,000 x 30 months) in total each month from December 13, 2015 to May 13, 2018.

Defendant C guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligation to provide guidance as above on October 26, 2015 and November 16, 2015.

However, Defendant B paid KRW 10,400,000 for the 26th day fraternity of this case and KRW 9,700,000 for the 13th day fraternity of this case respectively.

Therefore, the Defendants jointly calculates the amount of KRW 18,20,00, which is unpaid until July 26, 2017 (in the case of the Plaintiff’s assertion of KRW 28,600,000, the amount of KRW 26 days accrued from November 26, 2015 to July 26, 2017 (=1,30,000 x 21 month). The amount of KRW 27,30,000 (the amount of KRW 10,40,000) and the amount of KRW 1,30,000,000 for the instant 26 days from July 27, 2017 to July 26, 2018; and the amount of KRW 1,30,000 for the instant amount of KRW 30,000,000, each of the instant amount of KRW 3030,000, Mar. 13, 2017).
