1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,400,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 13, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments as to the cause of the claim Gap 1, 2, and Eul 1: The defendant's period from September 10, 2013 to October 10, 2015; 80,000 won before and after the receipt of the monthly payment; 90,000 won after the receipt of the monthly payment; 26 installments after the payment of the monthly payment (hereinafter referred to as "first fraternity"); the non-party C signed three installments in the first fraternity and received 1,68 million won in total from the plaintiff 1 to 1, 2014; 1,60,000 won in total from the plaintiff 1 to 200,000 won in total from the plaintiff 30,000 won in succession; 2,000 won in total from the plaintiff 3 and 106,000 won in succession to the plaintiff 1, 2014.

According to the above facts, the defendant's loan amount of KRW 10 million with the loan amount of KRW 10 million and the settlement amount of KRW 10.4 million with the settlement amount of the first fraternity of this case (=6.8 million with the payment amount of KRW C succeeded to the plaintiff = KRW 16.8 million with the Defendant's settlement amount of KRW C's settlement amount of KRW 16.8 million with the Plaintiff's settlement amount of KRW 10 million with the Plaintiff's settlement amount of KRW 23.6 million with the Plaintiff's settlement amount of KRW 23.6 million with the Plaintiff.
