Punishment of the crime

1. On August 24, 2014, around 19:50, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol, alcohol, and entertainment loan to the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price to the victim, and as if he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price to the victim, the Defendant received the order from the victim for alcohol, alcohol, and entertainment loan equivalent to KRW 130,000 of the market price, and acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 190,00 of the entertainment loan amounting to KRW 190,00.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2014. 8. 25. 01:10경 위 유흥주점 계산대 앞에서 D의 신고를 받고 출동한 성남수정경찰서 F지구대 소속 경사 G, 경사 H에게 “야 짭새들아. 너 죽을래. 돈 먹은 새끼들은 필요 없다. 돈 먹은 짭새들은 필요 없어 꺼져. 새끼야”라고 욕설을 하여 D이 보는 가운데 공연히 경찰관 G, H을 모욕하였다.
