Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2014, at around 00:25, the Defendant was unable to pay 23,000 won food and drinks, etc. at the C cafeteria located in Busan Dong-gu B, and was reported from the above cafeteria operator.

피고인은 위 신고를 받고 출동한 피해자인 부산동래경찰서 D지구대 소속 경사 E이 힘께 출동한 동료 경찰관과 함께 피고인에게 음식 값을 지불하고 귀가할 것을 권유하자 동료 경찰관, 식당 종업원, 손님 등 10여명이 지켜보고 있는 자리에서 피해자에게 “개새끼야, 이 짭새들아, 씹할 놈들, 너그들이 뭔데 이래라 저래라고”라는 등 큰소리로 욕을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
