3. 2014. 7. 14.자 범행 피고인은 2014. 7. 14. 07:29경 서울 용산구 한남동에 있는 순천향대학병원 버스정류장에서 472번 G 시내버스에 승차하자마자 버스 안 운전석 뒤쪽에 손잡이를 잡고 서 있는 위 제2항의 피해자 F(여, 28세)을 발견하고 추행하고 싶은 마음이 들어 피해자의 뒤쪽으로 접근하여 피고인의 성기 부위를 피해자의 엉덩이 부위에 2, 3회 갖다 댔다.
