A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. [2013 Height 1439] On April 30, 2013, the Defendant continued to commit an indecent act against the victim on a bus, which is a means of public transportation, by continuously approaching the victim’s buckbbucks, even though the victim attempted to avoid his body while getting on the bus at the c bus stops located in the F market located in the same Gu E on April 30, 2013.
2.
