Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a vehicle C or another vehicle.

At around 17:45 on July 5, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car from the luminous Tri-riri-ririririririririri-e of the Jeongwon-gun, Gangwon-do, and continued to proceed to the right from the right line on the right side of the right line.

Since the place is a bend road where the central line is installed, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents by reducing speed to those engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, driving on the front side and the left side, and safely driving the motor vehicle in a safe manner.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive an alcoholic beverage while drinking the alcohol while neglecting it, and neglected to do so, and led to the failure of the central line to do so in the opposite part of the victim D(Se. 51) driving E SP car, the left side part of the EP car, which was driven by the victim D(SP 51) with the upper part above the left part of the said Sofa car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the course of performing such duties, the injury of the shoulder and the garment of the arms that need to be treated for about 10 days to the above D, and the injury of the shoulder and the garment to the victim F (V, 57 years old) who was accompanied by the above spke car in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. On July 5, 2013, the Defendant was required to comply with the drinking test by inserting the breath method into a drinking measuring instrument for about 20 minutes, on the ground that, upon receiving a report of a traffic accident as stipulated in paragraph (1), the Defendant was accompanied with a slope G belonging to the said stopping police station at the scene of an accident, and the Defendant arrived at the I Zone for the Stopon Police Station located in the Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, and that, at around 18:30 on July 5, 2013, the Defendant was found to have driven under the influence of alcohol such as the normal person and others.
