The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (including six months of imprisonment without prison labor and one year of suspended execution) declared by the court below is too unreasonable.

2. Circumstances may be taken into account such as the fact that the defendant's mistake and reflects the defendant's wrong, that there was an agreement with the victim, and that there was negligence with regard to the occurrence of the accident of this case or the expansion of damage to the victim. However, the court below seems to have determined the sentence by fully considering such circumstances, and the defendant caused the accident of this case in violation of the signal. The defendant was negligent, and the victim D died due to the accident of this case, and the victim F suffered an injury in need of about 16 weeks of treatment. The result of the accident of this case also is very important, and all of the various sentencing conditions specified in the records and arguments, such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive and circumstance of the crime, etc., are considered to be appropriate, and the defendant's allegation of unfair sentencing is not recognized to be unfair.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
