After compiling the evidence adopted, the court below rejected all the preliminary claims seeking monetary payment, such as the plaintiffs' primary claims and the shares in inheritance, which seek the cancellation of the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant on the apartment of this case.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above judgment of the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, omitting judgment, or violating the duty to explain
