A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:23 August 31, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of the vehicle B, without a driver’s license, in the white section from the 322nd day of Seongdong-gu Seoul Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul to the road adjacent to the private distance.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) was a person who is engaged in driving the said vehicle at a temporary border, and the Defendant driven the said vehicle at the above temporary border, thereby driving the said vehicle at a irregular speed of two lanes in front of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and driving the two lanes from a private road to a private road.

A person engaged in driving service of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance, such as driving the motor vehicle well, operating the steering gear and brakes accurately, and driving safely.

The Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed a vehicle of about KRW 450,00 for repair cost, thereby causing danger and hindrance to traffic, and escaped from tracking the police vehicle without taking necessary measures, such as handling the accident, even though it did not take necessary measures.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as a holder of the above low-priced fluor vehicle, operated the said vehicle as stipulated in paragraph (1) without mandatory insurance.
