At around 18:20 on June 1, 2012, the Defendant driven a Dap-type vehicle with a volume of approximately 3 kilometers from the front road in front of the Yan-Eup Welfare Ri located in Yangju-si to the front road in front of the village hall located in the same Yan-si, in the state of alcohol concentration of about 0.173% during blood alcohol concentration.
