1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:50 on December 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”) driving a franchising freight vehicle B, and driving a back-distance, without a central line near the “nive meeting of life,” located in 356-2, Yan-Eup Welfare House 356-2, both weeks. In such a case, even though a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty to accurately operate the steering gear, brakes, and other devices of the motor vehicle, and to make a good report of the front and rear left left, the Defendant did not neglect it and did so and did so and did so with the part on loading the motor vehicle, thereby causing damage to the motor vehicle, such as the victim’s ability to give medical treatment for about two weeks, thereby causing damage to the victim.

2. On December 13, 2014, around 13:50, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated B wing-off cargo cars not covered by mandatory insurance on the back-road side where there is no central line in the 356-2 location of the Yan-Eup Welfare Council at Yangju-si.
