Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

1. Defendant A

A. On March 24, 2017, 2017, the number of merpters (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), and around 19:00 on March 24, 2017, the Defendant, at G’s office located on the first floor of the building underground in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, 19:00, 200,000 won in consideration of the philopon contained in vinyl, taken out 0.5g from G and 200,000 won in consideration of the fact. On the same day, around 20:00, the Defendant draw up approximately 0.5g of the philopon purchased together with B on the rolopon purchased at the copon room near both sides-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, with B, and extended 0.5g of the philopon to the bottom.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and administered philophones, which are a local mental medicine.

B. On March 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) conspired with B to purchase opphones from the seller of opphones through H and I, a smartphone-rating camcam, with B; (b) around 15:00 on March 26, 2017, the Defendant: (c) allowed B to purchase 0.5g of opphones, which are contained in vinyl, from the seller of opphones on his/her name, on 300,000 won; and (d) allowed B to purchase opphones around 300,000 won from the seller of opphones; and (e) around 19:00 on the same day, around 19:20, the Defendant dopphones purchased from B along with the trade fopphones in the south-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, with B; and (e) extended 0.25g of the opphones.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, sold or administered philophones, which are a local mental medicine even though he is not a handler of narcotics.

On March 27, 2017, the Defendant, on March 27, 2017, concealed approximately 0.16 gramopon 0.16 gramopon in front of the Mael in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L in the Defendant’s machine.

Therefore, even if the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he has a penphone, which is a local mental medicine.
