A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a space between the victim G (n, 13 years old) and H “H” hosting room.

1. On July 16, 2015, the Defendant used the Defendant’s cell phone (J) from the Defendant’s home located in Daegu-gu International 102, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2015 to hold the Defendant’s cell phone to “K” with the victim and want to do so.

5. On July 16, 2015, the Defendant requested the victim to “one pande panty panty pande” at the same place as above and received the photograph from the injured party.

6. On July 16, 2015, the Defendant demanded that the victim “as seen above, I have to see, I have to see, I have to see, I have to see, I have to see, I have to see,” and received a transmission of the photograph from the injured party.

7. The Defendant, around July 16, 2015, at around 21:53 on July 16, 2015, deemed that the victim’s photograph referred to in paragraph (6) is in the same manner in the foregoing place.

The term "abbunding" and "abunding is requested to the maximum extent possible, and the photographs have been transmitted from the injured person.
