A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on April 12, 2016, and such judgment became final and conclusive on August 19,

On September 2015, the Defendant was aware of the Victim D (A, 13 years old at that time) who is a child or juvenile through a laparing c (C) and sent messages to the victim via E through E on September 2015, and then disclosed personal information by means of identifying the victim’s name, age, face pictures, cell phone numbers, and combining the victim’s photograph with other exposed photographs.

In addition, the victim's sound photographs, etc. were required to meet his/her sexual desire.

1. On September 2015, the Defendant sent a message to the Defendant’s office located in the Facheon-si Facheon-si Facheon-si 105 303, giving and receiving the message to the victim and E, and then sending the message to the victim “assigning the chest in a photograph.”

After having a victim take photographs while exposing his/her chest, he/she was sent his/her photograph to his/her mobile phone via E.

2. After three days from the date and time of the above paragraph 1 above, the Defendant sent a message stating that “the Defendant, in the same manner and in the same manner at the same time, requests the victim to leave the clothes on the side below and affix his photograph.”

A person who gets off his/her clothes and exposed his/her body to take photographs, and was transmitted his/her photograph to his/her mobile phone via E.

3. The defendant shall send a message to the victim at the same place after one week from the date and time set forth in paragraph 2 above, stating that "the defendant shall, in the same manner and in the same manner, hold the victim off and affix his/her clothes at the lower end."

A person who gets off his/her clothes and exposed his/her body to take photographs, and was transmitted his/her photograph to his/her mobile phone via E.

Accordingly, the defendant is exposed to all or part of the body by the appearance of the victim who is a child or juvenile three times in total.
