Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 17, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on October 1, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Injury and assault;

A. At around 19:30 on October 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken the face of the victim C (manam and 49 years of age) on one occasion in a state where the Defendant administered the cold medication to do so; and (b) took one time to walk the victim’s right side, without any justifiable reason, and (c) took one time to walk the victim’s right side of the road.

B. On October 19, 2019, at around 20:08, the Defendant entered the “Estus” located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon. On the above occasions, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, went beyond the floor by cutting down the victim G (Nam, 59 years old), who is the said Schlage’s guest, with the left knife of the victim F (the age of 72) operating the said Schlage, one time with the upper hand, without any reason.

The Defendant continued to go out of the said Schlage, and then cut back the said Victim C again before the said Schlage without any justifiable reason, and then opened the victim’s face on the floor, and opened the victim’s face, etc., the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, i.e., “incrimine” in the number of treatment days.
