Punishment of the crime

2. Defendant A
A. On September 28, 2016, at night, the Defendant: (a) driven 3:14 R & 3 cargo vehicles; and (b) opened and intrudes the entrance of the said container at the construction site in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu; and (c) opened and intrudes into the entrance of the said container as the key discovered from the window frame of the company’s container located at the site of the said site; and (d) opened and intrudes the said container at the site of the victim Telecommunication’s market price owned by the said container at approximately KRW 30,000,000 in total.
