Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a pastor of the "D church" in Incheon Jinjin-gun C, and the victim E (79) is the head of the above church, and the defendant and the victim show different opinions about the operation of the church, and they were not good.

1. On October 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the Defendant, on the grounds that the victim insultingd the Defendant; (b) by one hand, led the victim less than the back of the victim into the entent church and church housing.

2. On July 17, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place as on July 17, 2014, discussed the issue of the victim and the church construction, and assaulted the victim by one hand, leading the victim to his/her own house, and leading the victim to his/her own house.
